The Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC) and ARKAN for Contracting Construction and Mining Works on Sunday signed an agreement to dismiss all litigation between the companies. The settlement includes four cases made by ARKAN against the JPMC, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
The JPMC also signed a settlement agreement with Al Own Advanced Contracting Group, under which Al Own pledged to drop the two lawsuits against the JPMC, with the two parties fully and irrevocably waiving charges against each other.
