Rehabilitation of Al Russifah Mine & Screening reject

Scope of Work:

• Rehabilitation of Russifah Mine & screening reject 2.3 MT

• Transportation Reject to Crusher & Screen Unit (3.5 Km)

• Operate (closed vibrating plant system) which high productivity by max. the yield and min. rejection.

• Screen units consists of four hoppers & 4 screen units & belt conveyors.

• All screen units covered with steel hangers to preserve the environment from dust.

• Feeding 50cm hopper by wheel loaders & dump trucks

• Classification / separation of materials by grizzly crusher

• Crushing & sizing the materials to pass 100% of -4mm

• All materials handled by conveyor belts then transport product to bankers

• Mixing & blending the product to get the required homogenous

• Hauling the oversize (reject) material to waste yards (Stockpiles) and dozing

• Use wheel loader for loading dispatching trucks for direct shipping

• All productivity maintenance activities of conveyor belts and vibrating screens plants performed by in house team.

• Rehabilitation of the area and return it to the natural ground level
